The Problem With Short-Cuts...

𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐬…

Some things in life require the full process. You can’t “Short-Cut” everything.😇

𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭? I have…and my natural reaction was to send it back.🥴 Why? Because it wasn’t fully done. ✅ Granted, it looked good—but as soon as I cut into it, and in some cases, took my first bite—I immediately gagged or spit it out.🙃 Not only was it distasteful; but it was a health risk as I could have gotten sick from eating it—and if others were served it, they could have gotten sick as well.😎

Moral of the story…

𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬. Don’t take short cuts. Granted, God can certainly throw your meal/“process” in the pressure cooker; air fryer, etc. But just make sure whatever you’re consuming and/or serving is fully done. ☑️ If not…you may risk some ramifications later on.

Also, we live in some interesting times: many ask for help—but often do not accept the help when it’s not packaged as “fast-food”/may require more “cooking” time.😇 And, trying to kindly advise and/or educate in such a noisy, low-attention span world 🌎 is like standing in Time Square yelling at the top of your lungs 🫁. So what’s the solution? Stay in “your own” process—and just make sure that whatever you’re consuming & preparing is done/edible.

Additionally…. STOP 🛑 comparing YOUR process to others. Why? Well, perhaps what you’ve prayed for requires a different preparation time/a unique process.

Moreover, in the end…your life will produce its own kind—and your life will speak 🗣 for itself. Therefore, to avoid unnecessary setbacks, allow God to walk you through your process—and watch him personally write ✍️ the “review”— skyrocketing your value/quality, which will be undeniable/indisputable.😉❤️ Not what I heard. It’s what I know.🙌🏽💕😎
