Monday Encouragement: PUSH Through!

I don’t like the gym. Period. I don’t like being around all of those folks. I like to workout 🏋️♀️ alone or with a small group of trusted people,...and my list of why I hate the gym is even longer. However, in order to reach and maintain my health goals (particularly over the winter), I have to buckle down every morning and GO to the gym.🙄😆
What I’ve realized over the years (especially after giving birth 🤰 5 times) is...👉🏽
Muscles don’t just grow...it takes work. 💪🏽
Progression/Movement {in all areas of life}:
•Hurts
•Sometimes looks like defeat (that’s a whole other post 😊)
•You’ll feel like quitting.
•You’ll wonder, “Why is this so hard?”
•You’ll ask yourself,”Can I really do this? Is it really worth it?”
•You’ll often feel alone
•Your support system/circle will be small; and will often change as you move closer to God’s “purpose”/your end goal.
•You’ll Be misunderstood
•You’ll win some—you’ll lose some (yes, this is part of the plan too/stay strong 💪🏽 )
•You’ll have moments of heaviness/you’ll ask God, “Is this really necessary?”
BUT...Don’t Quit. Keep Pushing. It’s WORTH IT! Trust me! God has a Master Plan—It’s so much bigger than you!😉 When you feel like quitting—push through!🙏🏽💪🏽 Take care of yourself. Rest when you need to. Be honest with yourself/your feelings. Feel the pain/burn. Get therapy. Heal. Forgive. Enjoy life, etc. But...just DON’T QUIT!👊🏽😇
