End the Rat Race...

๐๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ.
Thereโs no rest like the rest God gives. The more I grow & mature in God, the more care free I become. Granted, itโs not an end of all labor, but it is an end to fruitless, self driven, empty, unfulfilling labor.
And for further explanation/why I have this pic displayed, is to give you a visual of what Jesus offers.
A yoke is a heavy wooden harness that fits over the shoulders of an ox or oxen. It is attached to a piece of equipment the oxen are to pull. A โheavy ladenโ animal has a big load to pull. Similarly, a โheavy ladenโ person has a huge load to carry, and may be burdened with:
Sin
Excessive demands of religious leaders
Oppression and persecution
Weariness in search for God
Trauma
Identity crisis
Betrayal and more.
Jesus frees people from all these burdens. The โrestโ Jesus promises is love, healing, and peace with God, not the end of all effort.
In essence, a relationship with God changes meaningless toil into spiritual productivity and purpose.
